Is CasinoLuck Down?

The short answer: a site-wide CasinoLuck outage is rare. Nine times in ten the cause is at your end — a bank block, a browser cache, a VPN, or an account restriction that looks like a technical fault. Run the check below; it takes under a minute and tells you which of the two you are dealing with.

The 60-second diagnosis

Work down the list. The first step that changes the behaviour is your answer.

  1. 1. Load the site on mobile data with Wi-Fi off.

Works on 4G but not on your home broadband? It is your ISP, router or DNS — not the casino. Some UK ISPs filter gambling domains by default on family-friendly settings.

  2. 2. Turn off any VPN or proxy.

The most common cause of a site that loads but will not let you log in. A UKGC-licensed casino must confirm you are in Great Britain; an exit node abroad gets you geo-blocked, and the error message rarely says so.

  3. 3. Open it in a private window.

Bypasses cache, cookies and extensions in one move. If the private window works, clear the site data in your normal browser rather than hunting the specific culprit.

  4. 4. Disable ad and script blockers for the domain.

uBlock, Pi-hole and some antivirus web shields block gambling categories wholesale. The symptom is a page that half-loads: layout appears, games never do.

  5. 5. Try a different browser or device.

Separates a browser problem from a network problem. An old Safari or a long-unupdated Android WebView will fail on modern game clients while the rest of the site looks fine.

  6. 6. Still failing everywhere? Check the third-party monitors above.

If they show it down for everyone, it is a genuine outage and there is nothing to fix at your end. If they show it up, the problem is your account rather than the site — go to the next section.

What happens to your stake if it drops mid-spin

This is the question that actually matters during an outage, and the answer is reassuring. Slot outcomes are decided by the game server at the moment you press spin, not by your browser. If the connection dies mid-animation, the result already exists on their side. Reload the game and it resolves — either the round completes and any win is credited, or the stake is returned.

The same holds for an interrupted bonus round. Reopening the game resumes it at the point it stopped, because the state lives on the server. What you must not do is start a fresh round assuming the last one vanished; check your transaction history first.

Live dealer tables work differently, because the game is a real table running in real time. A dropped connection does not pause it. A bet already placed and accepted stands and is settled by whatever the wheel or the cards did while you were disconnected — win or lose. A bet not yet confirmed when you dropped is simply not placed.

If your balance genuinely does not add up after an interruption, the round is logged on the operator's side with a timestamp and a game round ID. Contact live chat with the approximate time and the game name; that log is the authoritative record and it is what a dispute would be decided on. Under UKGC rules an operator must be able to reconstruct game rounds, so "the connection dropped" is not a defence anyone has to accept.

Outage log

Cumulative. We add an entry only for an outage we or a reader confirmed, with the date and what was actually observed — no filler.

No confirmed outages logged

Nothing has been recorded since this page went up. That is not the same as perfect uptime — it means we have not confirmed an incident. If you hit one, tell us the date and time and it goes in the log.

CasinoLuck status FAQ

Is CasinoLuck down right now?

Site-wide outages are rare. Run the connection test at the top of this page, then check an independent monitor such as Downdetector — those poll the casino directly and will be more current than any static page. If the site loads for others but not for you, the cause is at your end and the 60-second diagnosis above will find it.

Why can I not log in to CasinoLuck?

A VPN is the most common reason a site loads but a login fails — the operator has to confirm you are in Great Britain, and an overseas exit node blocks you. If that is not it, the account itself may be restricted or self-excluded, which looks like a technical fault but is not one.

What happens to my bet if CasinoLuck goes down mid-spin?

Slot outcomes are decided on the game server when you press spin, so the result already exists. Reload the game — the round either completes and credits any win, or returns the stake. Live dealer bets are different: an accepted bet stands and is settled by the real table while you are disconnected.

Does CasinoLuck have a status page?

Not a public one, which is normal for casino operators. Live chat is the fastest way to confirm a genuine incident, and a third-party monitor is the fastest way to confirm it is not just you.

The games will not load but the site works. Why?

Almost always a script or ad blocker, or a browser too old for the game client. Open a private window with extensions disabled — if the games load there, clear your site data and whitelist the domain.

Is CasinoLuck blocked by my ISP?

Possibly. Some UK ISPs filter gambling domains under family-friendly or parental-control settings, and mobile networks often block them by default until the account is age-verified. Loading the site on mobile data with Wi-Fi off is the quickest way to tell.
