About the CasinoLuck Review Desk

This is an independent UK site about CasinoLuck. It is not run by the casino. Below is who writes it, where the numbers come from, how often we go back and re-check them, and how we get paid — because you should know all four before you trust a figure on a gambling site.

The short version: a small UK-based desk writes everything here. We do not take payment for placement or for a better write-up. We do earn commission when someone signs up through our links. Every operator-specific number — the 10x wagering cap, the £10 deposit floor, the 2–6 working day withdrawal window, UKGC licence 39483 — is checked against the operator's own published terms and the Gambling Commission's public register before publication, and re-checked on the schedule below.

Who writes this site

Everything on this domain carries one byline: the CasinoLuck Review Desk. That is deliberate. A lot of casino sites invent a photogenic reviewer with a plausible-sounding job title, or worse, borrow the name of a real academic who never agreed to it. We would rather tell you honestly that this is a small editorial team than dress it up as a personality.

What the desk actually does: reads the operator's terms and conditions in full, pulls the licence record off the UKGC register, walks the deposit and withdrawal flows, times the KYC process where we can, and writes down what happened. Where we have not tested something ourselves, we say so on the page rather than implying we have.

Nobody on the desk works for CasinoLuck, Aspire Global International LTD, or any operator we write about. We have no access to their back office, their payout data or their internal support queue — so anything on this site about processing times is drawn from their published terms plus what UK players consistently report, and it is labelled that way.

How we check things

Each claim on this site has a source class. We hold ourselves to using the strongest one available, and to naming it when the answer is softer than a reader might assume.

Type of claim Where it comes from Re-checked
Licence, licensee name, permitted activities UKGC public register entry for account 39483 Monthly
Wagering cap, bonus cash-out cap, deposit floor Operator's published bonus terms and banking page Monthly
Accepted payment methods Operator's cashier, cross-checked against UK regulation Quarterly
Withdrawal windows Operator's stated timescales, plus reported UK player experience — labelled as a range, never a promise Quarterly
Game and studio counts Lobby filters at time of checking, rounded down Quarterly
UK rules — credit-card ban, GAMSTOP, affordability, levy Gambling Commission and UK legislation directly On any rule change
What we will not do: publish a bonus percentage or free-spin count as a hard fact when the operator rotates it. Promotional numbers go stale within weeks, and a stale number is worse than no number. Where an offer moves, we describe the mechanic and its cap and send you to the casino's live terms for the current figure.

How this site makes money

Affiliate commission. If you click through from here to CasinoLuck and open an account, we may be paid for that sign-up. That is the entire business model — there is no paid placement, no sponsored FAQ, and nobody pays us to soften a section.

The obvious follow-up question is whether that changes what we write. Our answer is a policy rather than a promise: the things most likely to cost us money if stated plainly are stated plainly. The £100 cash-out ceiling on bonus winnings is on the homepage. The 2–6 working day withdrawal window is in the payments table rather than buried. Paysafecard being deposit-only is in the table, not a footnote. If you find a drawback we have quietly left out, that is a mistake and we want to hear about it.

Corrections

Email [email protected] with the page and what is wrong. If you have a screenshot of the cashier, the terms or a support transcript, include it — it turns a week of back-and-forth into a same-day fix.

Factual errors are corrected as soon as we can verify the correction, and the "facts last checked" date at the top of the page moves. Where a correction changes the substance of a recommendation, we say what changed rather than editing silently.

We are not able to help with account disputes — we have no relationship with the operator and no ability to release a payment or unlock an account. If you have a complaint CasinoLuck has not resolved within eight weeks, it goes to an ADR body; IBAS handles disputes for UK-licensed operators, and the Gambling Commission takes reports about licensee conduct even though it will not arbitrate your individual payout.

Our position on responsible gambling

This site is for adults over 18 who have already decided to gamble and want accurate information about one operator. It is not here to talk anyone into starting.

Every UKGC-licensed casino, CasinoLuck included, must offer deposit limits, reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion, and must be signed up to GAMSTOP. Those tools work best set in advance, not in the middle of a session. Free, independent help is available from BeGambleAware and GamCare, including the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, 24 hours a day.
